Creative Assembly and SEGA's Total War: Three Kingdoms is finally releasing in just under two months, so the developers are finally starting to ramp up hype again in the new year with brand new information and trailers. Today, a cinematic trailer made within the game's engine was release. It not only showcases the quite beautiful landscapes of China but also introduces the legendary hero Zhuge Liang.

As many die-hard fans of Total War are already aware of, Total War: Three Kingdoms features vastly improved visuals, which really helps highlight the beautiful landscapes of China in this period of history. Meanwhile, Zhuge Liang is a talented strategist that players can get to join their cause in Total War: Three Kingdoms. Ultimately, Zhuge Liang is only willing to work with a "virtuous man of the people," and Liu Bei just happens to fit that bill.

While this cinematic trailer doesn't show much, it definitely got me excited for everything we will see about the game up until its launch this March. For those who may not be aware, Total War: Three Kingdoms was actually supposed to release in 2018, but was delayed until March 7, 2019 last June before the game's appearance at E3.
