The Gfinity Arena in London played host to the latest leg of the Halo World Championships over the weekend seeing professional teams from all over the world competing including TOX Gaming, Renegades, Excelerate, Splyce, Trifecta, and more.

After a tough groups section the best Halo 5: Guardians teams on the planet poured into the top 8 seeing a swift wave of eliminations ending the tournament for Reciprocity, Elevate, Berseker, and others leaving TOX Gaming to take on defending champions Splyce in the grand finals.

TOX Gaming and Splyce have something of a history with Spylce dominating over TOX during the grand finals in New Orleans back in July. However, TOX Gaming was determined to make sure that things ended differently this time around in London. TOX Gaming's lineup consisted of SnakeBite, Lethul, Bradley, and Royal 2 as they took on Splyce's Eco, Renegade, Shotzzy, and Stellur. With Splyce emerging from the losers' bracket, TOX was starting off on better footing. In an all-out assault, TOX Gaming brought the grand finals best-of-seven to an early close sweeping the competition with a whopping 4-0 win. Although it was a runaway victory in the team-based shooter, it was by no means an easy game as both sides battled tooth and nail to prove their worth.
