Sony has shared a new introduction trailer for the upcoming PS Vita exclusive JRPG Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy.

In the trailer we’re welcomed to the Code Physics Agency’s Xth Squad, which is responsible for investigating all sorts of mysterious happenings and goings on. We get a good look at the turn-based combat and exploration, complete with environmental hazards. The character portraits are quite sharp and appealing as well.

The game will have DLC released post-launch, some of which will be available for free. Early adopters will have access to free Dark Hero Portraits, bonus consumables and Hachi’s Workout Pack, which increases the strength of enemies. See the DLC portraits and trailer below and pickup Operation Abyss in June.
