The previous iteration of the Train Sim World series was released back in 2020, and developer Dovetail Games has come a long way to add a batch of new features to their latest game. According to its store page, Train Sim World 3 will have a realistic weather system, requiring players to manage their journey down to the smallest details. As well as lightning and storms, strong winds will also be a major factor that will make the simulation experience that little bit more challenging. Players will have to navigate their routes as they cope with various engineering issues heading to the destination point.

There will be new routes located in the United States, Germany, and London. From California deserts to beautiful canyons, beautiful landscapes are one of the base premises of Train Sim World 3. The publisher also confirmed that all the content from the previous game, including trains and routes, will be playable on Train Sim World 3. Featuring a wide array of customization options, the game allows players to create their own routes and share them in the Creators Club.

Train World Sim 3 will be available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC on September 6th. Players who pre-order the game will have 4-day early access with a decal bonus pack.
