Tropico 5 Headed to Mac and Linux; Tropico 1-4 Getting New Bundle

Good news Mac and Linux fans, you can finally tackle the role of El Presidente in Tropico 5 on September 19th via Steam and the Mac App store.

Kalypso Media is not only bringing the fun of Tropico 5 to new platforms, but also making sure you can enjoy the whole franchise with a low cost to entry. The Tropico Dictator Pack is dropping on September 12th in the UK, offering the first four games and each of their major expansion packs in one bundle. No price has been announced as of yet or a North America release date, but you can be pretty certain that it will be on its way over shortly.

In the Tropico series, players take on the role of El Presidente and control of the island of Tropico, guiding it through centuries of change. The needs of your people, various governments and factions will all be influential factors as you pave your way to a dynasty, promoting family members to positions of power like ambassador or general to ensure your legacy.
