Truman: The Face Eraser Just Wants to Live a Normal Life on Indiegogo

A new Indiegogo campaign popped up recently that features a devoted husband and father, a small town, a mystical deity, and a lot of chances to hone your serial killer skills. Truman: The Face Eraser puts you in the titular role as you face a monster invasion that only you can see.

The game plays like an adventure thriller where you have to continually get away with murder. You’ll have to clean up crime scenes, lie through police interrogations, and maintain your relationship with your family.

There will be numerous elementsĀ for you to balance including the suspicion, humanity, and ego meters. Different actions will affect the relationships around you and lead to new challenges and multiple endings.

Mexican dev That Cape Boy Game Studio is looking to bring Truman to PC, Mac and Linux in Fall 2017 with a $25,000 USD goal. While the graphics are a little janky and the writing on the campaign page is a little messy, the unique premise of this macabre life/kill sim is enough to keep this on my hit list.
