The end of the world is starting to look better. Undead Labs brings back your favorite flesh-eaters to the Xbox One and PC with State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition.

Originally released last year on Xbox 360 and PC, State of Decay is a great survival simulator with perma-death and base-building that was little rough around the edges as far performance was concerned.

Year One includes the original game plus the Breakdown and Lifeline DLC along with some unannounced extra content. It will also feature enhanced animations and 1080p resolution.

State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition is coming to Xbox One and PC Spring 2015. Below you’ll see Microsoft’s Major Nelson chatting with the fine people over at Undead Labs about Xbox One version of State of Decay.
