Both Turok: Dinasour Hunter and Turok 2: Seeds of Evil will be updated for modern PCs and released with enhanced graphics. Night Dive Studios announced their plans to restore these classic titles today. Night Dive has previously restored and released System Shock 2 for PC as well as publishing titles including The Original Strife: Veteran Edition and I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream.

Turok: Dinosaur Hunter was originally released on PC in 1997 and Turok 2: Seeds of Evil hit N64 in 1999. No pricing or release window was revealed by Night Dive Studios but the games will be available via Steam, the Humble Bundle store, GOG , GamersGate, Greenman Gaming, and the Night Dive Studios website.

Stephen Kick, CEO and Founder of Night Dive Studios, explains, “When  Turok: Dinosaur Hunter was first released it was nothing short of revolutionary. To that point, no game had ever offered the combination of graphics and an open world environment that  Turok featured. We are very excited to have the opportunity to bring this great franchise back to life and to be able to share these great titles with today’s gaming audience.”
