on November 25, 2014 1:11 AM

Kadokawa Games just held its fall media briefing in Tokyo, and two mysterious RPGs have been announced exclusively for PlayStation platforms ProjectCode: Daten and ProjectCode: Tsukiyomi.

The first will be a dungeon RPG inspired by H.P. Lovercraft’s Cthulhu mythology, while the second will be a strategy RPG themed on Japanese mythology.

No further details were provided during the conference, so we’ll have to wait for more news both about their contents and about the specific platforms.

It’s important to mention that while the conference involved both Kadokawa Games and From Software (which is now owned by Kadokawa Games itself), the latter is not involved with the two ProjectCode gameswhich are developed directly by Kadokawa Games Studio.

Below you can see the teaser trailer showcased during the presentation.

RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
