Since the title's release last week, Assassin's Creed Unity has received much backlash for its various performance and technical issues across all platforms, leading to (humorous but disturbing) images of one of the game's glitches, known as the "No Face Bug" - funny at first, but terrifying on a second glance.

As numerous images of the bug have circulated online, a new post on the "Live Updates" page for Assassin's Creed has detailed that after numerous tests, Ubisoft has uncovered that the infamous "No Face Bug" is currently only affecting PC users with one of two specific graphics cards, playing on un-patched copies of the game.

In its latest post, Ubisoft detailed that applying the Day 1 patch for the title (and regularly keeping the game updated with the latest patches) will correct the issues with missing textures and assets, though any remaining issues can be addressed by contacting the Ubisoft support team. Unfortunately though, I don't think that they can help address your nightmares.

Assassin's Creed Unity is available now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
