Ubisoft Announces Gamescom Line-up: Assassin’s Creed Origins, Far Cry 5 and More

Ubisoft will be present in full-force at Gamescom in Germany at the end of the month, with Assassin’s Creed Origins, Far Cry 5, Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle and more.

Today Ubisoft reached out with a press release announcing its line-up for Gamescom 2017 in Cologne, Germany.

Attendees will find playable demos of Assassin’s Creed Origins, Far Cry 5, Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, South Park: The Fracured but Whole and The Crew 2.

The publisher will host various activities and showcase many surprises at its booth (Hall 6.1, B020), including Just Dance 2018 exhibitions, presentations, announcements, demos, trailers and giveaways.

On top of that, there will be room for competition as well, with the finals of the Rainbow Six Siege ESL Season 2 and For Honor tournaments.

If you want to see more about the games mentioned above, you can check out some spiffy Assassin’s Creed Origins gameplay, a semi-recent Far Cry 5 videotwo new trailers of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle. We also recently learned that Ubisoft expects Assassin’s Creed Origins to sell better than Syndicate, but worse than Unity and Black Flag.

Gamescom will open its doors at the Koelnmesse in Cologne on August 22nd, and of course DualShockers will be treading the show floor to bring you all the news, interviews and hands-on that we can get.
