Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot Says Nintendo NX Will Be "Easy to Use" and "a Different Experience From What Exists Today"

With about six months to go until its intended release, Nintendo’s “NX” console is still shrouded in mystery (other than prior reports and rumors), with Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot providing a few more bits of information on what to expect from the company’s rumored console/handheld hybrid.

Speaking to IGN, Guillemot shared some of his thoughts on the NX console, explaining that the console will be “easy to use” and will provide “a different experience from what exists today.”

Specifically, Guillemot explained that “the interface is very attractive,” and from what he has seen of the console so far that “Nintendo has learned from the Wii U. All publishers learn from what they do, and then come with something new and more attractive, which I think is the case here.”

Nintendo has previously confirmed that the Nintendo NX will release in March 2017, though the company (as of now) hasn’t officially revealed more specific information on the console just yet.
