Ubisoft is one of the biggest publishers around in the gaming industry, and with a huge assortment of franchises under its belt, each summer it has taken the opportunity to share its plans for new games on the horizon at E3. Given that this summer for games has been a little different due to the coronavirus pandemic, Ubisoft is taking its announcements from the convention stage to an online stage, with Ubisoft Forward about to air today.

As previously announced, today Ubisoft is hosting its Ubisoft Forward event, which is taking the place of its traditional E3 press conference this year in the wake of E3 2020 being cancelled. Much like their E3 press conferences, the focus of the event will be highlighting the publisher's upcoming release slate for the rest of this year and beyond, with new looks at previously-announced titles, some brand new announcements, and other surprises in store. You can watch the whole show below via YouTube, which will also include a pre-show and post-show to take a look at some of the games highlighted during the event:

So far, we know for a fact that some of Ubisoft's biggest releases are scheduled to make an appearance such as Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Watch Dogs: Legion. Likewise, due to recent leaks, we now know that Far Cry 6 will be making its debut during the Ubisoft Forward presentation, with the game expected to release in early 2021. We can also bank on Hyper Scape, Ubisoft's new battle royale mutiplayer title, having some time in the show, presumably alongside the publisher's other popular multiplayer titles like Ghost Recon: Breakpoint and The Division 2. Hopefully we'll also get a new look at other titles we haven't seen for a bit like Gods & MonstersRainbow Six Quarantine (err...maybe not that one), Beyond Good & Evil 2 (one can dream), and maybe a few other unexpected surprises.

Ubisoft Forward is happening today starting at 12pm PT/3pm ET - stay tuned for more information on Ubisoft's upcoming games and reveals as they are announced here on DualShockers.
