After initially being revealed last month, Ubisoft is taking things back to basics a bit with the latest title in its long-running Assassin’s Creed series with Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, and for those that will happen to be in LA during next week’s E3 2015, you’ll be able to get some hands-on time with the latest game.
Ubisoft has announced that a special public playtest of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate will take place next week during E3 2015, as part of the company’s “Playtest Road Show” for the title set to take place at various cities across the world leading up to the game’s release this fall.
The playtest for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate will take place in Los Angeles on Wednesday, June 17th, 2015 allowing fans of the series to get hands-on time with the game – luckily, the event is open to members of the general public, not requiring those that will only be in attendance at E3 to go to the playtest.
Ubisoft detailed on its blog that those interested in the event must be 17 years of age and physically present/able to provide their own transportation to Los Angeles at the time of the event, and for those interested Ubisoft detailed:
“If you meet those conditions, send us an email [email@example.com] with the following information: your name, your age, and a brief summary (100 words or less) of your experience with Assassin’s Creed games.”
Eligible players able to attend the event will be able to schedule dedicated appointments for hands-on time with the game, along with being able to provide feedback and share thoughts with the developers.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate will release for PS4, and Xbox One on October 23rd, 2015, with the PC version to follow later this year.
