After being revealed last November and having an Open Beta in December, EA Sports UFC 3 has finally released on PS4 and Xbox One. As is usually the case with many big releases, a launch trailer was released; for EA Sports UFC 3, this also serves as an accolades trailer boasting some of the nice things that previews prior to launch had to say.

For those of you who don't know, EA Sports UFC 3 improves upon previous entries in the series by being built with new animation technology, new social modes, and a G.O.A.T. Career mode. The game is built with Real Player Motion (RPM) Tech, a new piece of animation technology created by EA that lets them includes over 5000 different fighting animations that smoothly and seamlessly transition into one another, allowing for a fluid fighting system.

Meanwhile, in the G.O.A.T Career mode, players will rise through the ranks in the UFC, but will also have to make a multitude of choices outside of matches to reach true greatness. Those who turn to multiplayer will have access to a variety of modes, including Stand & Bang, Submission Showdown mode, and an all-new Tournament mode. Dana White, President of the UFC, had the following to say about the game:

"EA Sports UFC 3 is the most realistic mixed martial arts game ever made. The new G.O.A.T. Career Mode gives you the opportunity to go from contender to champion by promoting your brand and performing inside the Octagon. This game has it all."

Brian Hayes, Creative Director of EA Sports UFC 3, also commented on the game's new RPM tech and new modes:

"We’ve completely reinvented our striking game with Real Player Motion Tech, and we think fans are really going to love it. We’ve also incorporated a lot of fan feedback in the new G.O.A.T. Career mode, and throughout the whole game. It’s great to be back after two years working on this amazing game."
