Uncharted 3 Multiplayer Goes Free-to-Play

By David Rodriguez

February 27, 2013

If I had to name one single-player franchise from this generation that contained a multiplayer portion that did not feel completely tacked on or unnecessary, it would be Uncharted. Uncharted 3‘s multiplayer has proven to be as popular as that of its predecessor; with downloadable content being added to the game on a regular basis, it does not seem like support for it will dwindle any time soon.

Much like their free release of the single-player campaign of Starhawk for PlayStation Plus members, Sony has released the entire multiplayer portion of Uncharted 3 for free on the PlayStation Network. A trailer to commemorate this launch was also released, you can check it out below.
