Today, Naughty Dog and Sony Interactive Entertainment released just another trailer of the upcoming PS4 exclusive Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.

The video stars Creative Director Shaun Escayg, Game Director Kurt Margenau, Art Director Tate Mosesian, and Co-Writer Josh Scherr as they talk about Nadine’s character and how she was designed.

Escayg explains that the relationship between the two protagonists is out of necessity, as Nadine is the only one Chloe feels is capable enough to help her. Nadine is a “badass fighter” very skilled and highly trained, providing her partner with an additional edge.

Nadine has worked together with villain Asav in the past, and she is fallen on hard times after the events of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. She is desperate for cash and to regain control of Shoreline, which puts her in a position to need the opportunity provided by Chloe.

You can watch the trailer below, and if you want to see more, you can also enjoy another about Chloe, one about  player agency and the world, the launch trailer from earlier today, a “making-of” featurette, more gameplay footage from Ani-Com & Games Hong Kong,  some 4K screenshots grabbed from a PS4 Proand another look at gameplay, showing the the Western Ghats open world-like area. Recently, we even learned that a new update will hit both The Lost Legacy‘s and Uncharted 4‘s common multiplayer suite.

You should also read our recent hands-on preview, and our interview with Shaun Escayg himself, talking about several topics, including the return of Chloe, development and more.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy will release in North America on August 22nd, and in Europe one day later, on August 23rd, exclusively for PS4.
