Japan is a country in which people still make games for the almost eleven years old PS3. In the latest issue of Famitsu, Arc System Works announced Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[st] for PS4, PS3, and PS Vita.

Alongside the announcement, of which we can read the details here, today we get the first screenshots, showcasing mostly protagonist Hyde Kido, and the new character, Enkidu, of whom we also see a few moves.

Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[st] is an updated version of Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late, which was the 2014 PS3 update of Under Night In-Birth for arcades, dating all the way back to 2012. It marks the debut of the game on PS4 and PS Vita.

You can check out the screenshots below, keeping in mind that they're from magazine scans, so the quality is far from pefect.

The game will release in Japan on July 20th, and for now we don't know if Aksys will pick up the localization as it did with Late.

Also, if you forget the full title as soon as you move on to the next article, I won't blame you.
