Hololive and its parent company Cover Corp announced on February 24, 2022, that it terminated its Virtual YouTuber Master Agreement with Uruha Rushia. Cover explained that after investigation, it was discovered that Uruha Rushia was distributing fake information and leaked information including business matters to third parties.

Cover stated it confirmed that Uruha Rushia violated her contract by leaking company information and communications, failing in her responsibility to protect said information, causing reputational damage. Cover stated it became difficult to continue managing and supporting Uruha Rushia and elected to make this decision.

Lastly, Cover stated it is taking this matter very seriously and will take the necessary steps so that similar incidents do not occur anymore.

Will Uruha Rushia get a graduation stream on YouTube?

Since this is a termination of contract situation, Uruha Rushia is not graduating and won't be appearing again. There won't be a goodbye stream or additional content from her channel. The birthday merch that was recently announced in January by Hololive has also been canceled and refunds will be issued to those who already pre-ordered items.

Uruha Rushia was part of the third generation of Hololive (Japan), who debuted with Houshou Marine, Usada Pekora, Shiranui Flare, and Shirogane Noel. Rushia was active for two years and seven months and was one of the biggest talents at Hololive and one of the most popular YouTubers ever.

The Rushia Ch. YouTube channel has over 1.59 million followers. Rushia's YouTube channel and its membership will be closed down in late March 2022.
