SCEA Boss Wants PlayStation Experience to Be an Annual Event; Over 13,000 Reportedly Attend First Day

This is the second year that PlayStation Experiences brings us games and announcements, but according to Sony Computer Entertainment America President Shawn Layden, it shouldn’t be the last.

Layden mentioned during a livestreamed panel from the show floor that he feels that PlayStation Experience should become an annual event.

Considering the turnout, it’s hard to argue against the plan. Later in the livestream it was mentioned that the event is “officially sold out” and that “unofficial numbers” indicated that over 13,000 gamers attended the first day.
