PS4/PS Vita Exclusive Valkyria: Azure Revolution Gets New 1080p Screenshots Showing Characters

on December 6, 2016 3:53 PM

Sega has been sharing quite a few new screenshots of Valkyria: Azure Revolution on the game’s official Twitter account, giving a nice 1080p look at the visuals on PS4.

The screenshots, that you can see in the gallery at the bottom of the post, showcases quite a few characters of the game’s rich cast, from the protagonist Amleth to his arch-enemy, Claudius, head of the Rushien Empire.

Incidentally, the full resolution lets us take a good look at the new GOUACHE engine, that will be exclusive to PS4 (as a matter of fact, we have seen nothing so far of the PS Vita version).

In case you missed them, you can also check out a few more screenshots and some lovely character sketches by character designer Hiro Kyohara.

You can also find two recent  trailers here and here, showing the foundation of Amleth’s anti-valkyria unit Vanargand, and the titular Valkyria herself, Brunhild.
