No one really knew why Valkyria Chronicles II for PSP wasn't available for download on PS Vita, especially considering that it was possible to play it with a workaround. The good news is that now it is, no workarounds required.

Without any announcement or fanfare, Sony and Sega have now made the game available and downloadable on the newer portable, and it works with no hitches, at least for what I could test. The only unfortunate detail is that it's not compatible with PlayStation TV.
