Riot Games released the Valorant Patch 2.11 a few days back, and since then, the community is reporting the FPS drop and stuttering issues with the game.

Valorant is one of the most popular first-person shooter games to play right now. Millions of players love grinding the game for hours because of its competitive approach.

The FPS title features several agents with unique abilities. Of course, players can turn the tide of a match through their agent's abilities, but most of the time, it's the gunplay that really matters in Valorant. And when it comes to gunplay in first-person shooters, getting good and stable FPS in the game is really important.

Valorant FPS Drops

Undoubtedly, the developers are working tirelessly to improve Valorant's performance while also giving players new content. However, after a few game updates, the community faces sudden FPS drops in the game, and unfortunately, Patch 2.11 is one of those updates.

According to the developers, the latest Patch 2.11 was meant to improve the FPS performance by 1%. However, according to several players on Reddit, things didn't exactly go as the devs planned. Apparently, players are reporting more stutters, and FPS drops in matches after the latest update, which sometimes makes the game unplayable.

So, if you are also facing a similar FPS drop issue with the game all of a sudden, it's likely that your system has nothing to do with it.

Unfortunately, Valorant developers didn't address this problem with patch 2.11 as of yet. However, if several players submit a ticket to report this issue to the devs, it's safe to assume that Riot Games will release another patch to optimize the game for low-medium spec systems.
