Tracker.gg is one of the most used and highly recognized trackers, being one of the best real-time solutions for tracking your performance in Valorant. It is also one of the few trackers that allow you to view those epic plays made in past rounds through the use of the Overwolf extension. Tracker.gg accurately measures your stats, but it is also incredibly useful for recording and evaluating VODs of your own or other people's gameplay. Here is how to get it.

How To Install Tracker.gg

Below are the steps to installing the Tracker.gg for Valorant:

  • Go to the Tracker.gg/Valorant.
  • Navigate to and click Get the App.
  • Download the version for the device you are using (IOS, Android, and Windows downloads are available).
  • For the Windows version, click Download Now, for mobile, go ahead and scan the QR code.
  • A screen will appear that tells players if they want the app to make changes on their device. Select Yes.

The following steps apply to Desktop users only:

  • Once the Valorant Tracker Installer appears, click Next.
  • Select the desired destination you want to save the app to (you can also enable a desktop shortcut for both Valorant Tracker and Overwolf).
  • Accept the terms and agreements.
  • The next screen will ask players if they want to Add An App (this is an optional step). Select Next.
  • You will next be presented with Tracker.gg's privacy policy. Select Accept & Install.
  • An installation process will occur. Select Launch when ready.
  • You will then be taken to another page. Select Next, and then Finish to launch Tracker.gg.

How To Use Tracker.gg

Tracker.gg can do a variety of different things. The Home menu will provide access to statistics that deal with wins, K/D ratio, headshot percentage, damage round, wins, losses, and much more. You can also take a look at the stats for your past games by navigating to Match History on the Home page.

If you are looking for a more in-depth breakdown of your skill level, then you might want to head to the Trends tab. Here you will find breakdown charts of your performance in previous matches, accurately displaying your strengths and weaknesses. Another aspect you may want to measure is your Agent and Gun statistics, which are accessible under the Agent tab and the Weapons tab.

How To Record Highlights In Tracker.gg

This is how you use the Overwolf Valorant Tracker extension to record highlights:

  • Head to the Highlights tab. This is where your highlights will be stored.
  • To edit your highlight settings, click and select Settings.
  • Under Overlay & Hotkeys, make sure the bar is checked for Valorant.
  • Click on Capture.
  • Set what folder you want to save your clips to as well as what fps and resolution to record in.
  • This app will record kills, assists, and deaths and automatically send them to the folder you created on your computer.
