Vampire Resurrection Bites a Japanese Release Date

By Kenneth Richardson

October 24, 2012

It turns out that Capcom’s villainous Darkstalkers re-release will be haunting Japan after all. Instead of Darkstalkers Resurrection, the bundle will be called Vampire Resurrection over there. While the game so far only has a North American launch window(2013), it already has a solidified Japanese release date. That date is February 7th, 2013. This may be a clue to a more specific North American release date.

It also appears that the game will be considerably more expensive over there. While it’ll run us $15 or 1200MSP over here, Japanese players will have to shell out a healthy 2,990 yen, which is roughly the Japanese equivalent of $40. That’s even scarier than Dimitri! We’ll keep you posted on a firm North American launch date.
