A little over a year ago during PlayStation Experience 2016, a small title known as Vane was officially revealed to be in development for PlayStation 4, but players had no idea what to expect from the game, as all we got was a reveal trailer and a few screenshots. Fast-forward to this years PlayStation Experience event and developer Friend & Foe has revealed a bit more of the game in a brand new interview.

The video, which you can check out at the end of the article, shows over ten minutes of brand new gameplay, all with developer commentary in the background. However, even with this new video, there's still a ton that players don't know about the game.

For those that don't know, Vane is a third-person action title in which players are tasked with exploring what appears to be at first glance, a typical desert. In actuality, the environment is incredibly layered and full of hidden structures. As mentioned in the demo, developer Friend & Foe wants players to go into the game with as little information as possible.

As of the time of this writing, a release date has not unveiled for Vane. While initially intended to be out sometime this year, it doesn't seem like that's going to be the case -- the description for the trailer states a 2018 release window. Check out the trailer below:
