Bohemia Interactive announced today a brand new Xbox One Exclusive title called Vigor. The title got both a gameplay trailer and also an announcement trailer, both of which can be found below.

The announcement trailer for Vigor shows us a look at the setting, a destroyed Tromsø, a city located in Norway. A character loots a dead body, taking a weapon before heading out of the tunnel they’re in. Another character jumps down, with the one we’re following slowly heading to cover. The trailer continues by showing various areas and a few shots in different weather conditions.

The gameplay trailer shows us the player wandering through a world that looks like a similar, but more updated DayZ. It seems to be played in a third-person perspective and drops into first-person iron sights for aiming. Loot appears to be located around the world and character customization is present as well as a weapon selection wheel that can also be customized. We also see a building being done up which could mean players get to claim buildings on the map and then keep them claimed. We also see a loot drop at some point.

Not much has been specified about the game yet, but it looks like it will be an online multiplayer title. This was shown through the Inside Xbox stream today.

Vigor is due to arrive this summer sometime and will arrive on Xbox Game Preview. We’ve seen Divinity: Original Sin 2: Definitive Edition, and Darwin Project make use of the Xbox Game Preview. titles such as  So far it is exclusive to Xbox One.
