Hololive EN gen 2 is currently holding its debut streams on August 22, and the debut stream of Ouro Kronii (オーロ・クロニー) the Council member of Time, has just happened - let's take a look at her mama artist Wada Arco (Wadarco), popular artist of Fate/Extra and Fate/Grand Order.

WADARCO introduction, character designs on Fate/Grand Order and beyond

Wada Aruko, also stylized as Wadarco, Wada Rco, or Wada Arco, is a pro artist and illustrator who's been working since as far as 2003. Older otaku might know her since then, as in 2005, she participated in the Range Murata artbook project Robot. She also handled several pinup illustrations in magazines and published some doujinshi. Note that she is more of an illustrator than a mangaka, and the only manga she did is Saikyou Mahou Shoujo Akira, a one-volume one-shot published in 2008 by Ultra Jump Egg.

Wadarco became mainstream, at least among otaku, when she handled the character design of Fate/Extra, the 2009 PSP game. Wadarco designed the main heroines of the game, emperor Nero Claudius and Tamamo no Mae, who both got even more popular after the release of Fate/Grand Order. The gacha game released in July 2015 is the game that made most people discover Wadarco.

Wadarco also handled some of the most risque designs in all of the Nasuverse, namely Passionlip and Meltryllis, who appear in Fate/Extra CCC and are now in FGO. Wada Aruko is also known to have a heels fetish, something that's really apparent in Meltryllis' design. She also worked on the Fate/Extella musou like games and is currently handling the character design of the Fate/Extra Record remake. Be sure to check her comments on her new design for Rin and the others.

You can find the Twitter for Wada Arco @Tsubuanfes. Keep in mind that most of her artwork is pretty suggestive.

The Hololive EN Gen 2 debut streams are still ongoing, with Nanashi Mumei coming next, and Hakos Baelz being last. Be sure to check out our introduction for Mika Pikazo, mama of Hakos Baelz. The debut stream of Ouro Kronii is included below.
