Want a PS4 from Amazon France? You’ll Have to Wait Until Next Year

A few days ago Amazon Germany ran out of its allocation of PS4 preorders for this year. Today is the turn of Amazon France to announce that the delivery any further preorder of Sony’s upcoming console won’t be guaranteed before January.

The PS4 listing page of the French Branch of the popular online retailer now displays the following message:

For any order before Sunday, August the 4th, 2013 included, delivery is guaranteed on the day of the release. For all orders placed between August the 15th and September the 13th, 2013 included, delivery is guaranteed before Christmas. For all orders placed from September the 14th, delivery is guaranteed in January 2014. The exact delivery date will be notified by email as soon as possible.

Looks like the PS4 is quickly running out of stock for this year at several retailers around Europe. At the moment Amazon UK, Italy and Spain still guarantee the console before Christmas, but looking at the trend if you live in those countries and want your new PS4 under the Christmas tree, you may want to hurry.
