Want to Piss Off PETA? Play Blendimals!

From Danish game production school DADIU comes a colorful game that’s about sticking animals in a blender and setting it to “puree”. Blendimals is a puzzle-platformer of sorts from developer Exploding Cow wherein you have to create some bizarre amalgam of animals to get through certain levels in the game.

All the animals have different traits and abilities, so you’ll have to choose wisely to get to the finish line. Read on for a trailer, which will surely explain the game better than I have.

The concept is intriguing, and I really dig the art style they’ve chosen. Probably the only thing that’s off is the name of the game; it makes me want some yogurt or a smoothie for some reason.

Oh well, can’t complain when the game is completely free and available to download here.

Allen is an utter whore of a gamer; he's completely open-minded to all games, be they AAA blockbusters or $5 casual children's games. His focus is on indie games specifically, valuing gameplay and ingenuity over sparkly visuals and ridiculous gimmicks. When he's not geeking out over the newest art game, he's out toning his sexy, sculpted shoulders while surfing epic 1.5ft waves, or having a good time with local, high-gravity microbrews.
