If you're keeping a close eye on highly anticipated games for this year like I am, Supergiant Games' Bastion is undoubtedly high on your list. The action RPG boasts beautiful graphics and an innovative narrative that plays around with the idea of an "all-seeing narrator," and does so magically. Seeing it at GDC made me all the more angry/depressed/morose about the fact that it hadn't been picked up by a publisher yet.

Well, we didn't have to wait long, as according to Gamasutra, Warner Bros. will be publishing the game for the XBox Live Arcade sometime this summer, with a PC version coming later in the year. No word yet on pricing or a solid release date, but considering how amazing the game looks and plays, I wouldn't mind paying $20 for the game. The six person team at Supergiant most definitely deserves it.

More news to come later of course, with maybe a review from us later on the horizon.
