Today Koei Tecmo released a new gameplay video and information for its upcoming Musou game Warriors Orochi 4.

The video shows the game's producer Masaki Furusawa, and the director Tomohiko Aoki, playing the online Battle Arena Mode. The mode pits two teams of three players against each other. Each player can swap between two characters they picked. Furusawa-san and Aoki-san play on the same team in the first part of the video, and on opposing teams later on.

The battle has a three minutes time limit and the map they play on has three different bases. Bases are colored white if no one is controlling them yet, blue if your team is controlling them, and red if the enemy team is controlling them.

The first team who takes control of all three bases win the battle. If time runs out, the team with the most bases wins. Dying has no incidence on the result, but makes you respawn far away from the action, thus putting your team in a disadvantage.

You can check the online gameplay video below. You can also check out the previously revealed deification form of Naotora Ii and the new characters previously revealed.

Warriors Orochi 4 will launch for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on October 16th in North America and the 19th in Europe.
