Following the Japanese announcement on Saturday, Koei Tecmo America released its own trailer of Warriors Orochi 4.

The trailer doesn’t just tease a western localization for this year, but it also reveals the official western logo, that you can see above.

If you’re wondering why the game is titled Musou Orochi 3 in Japanese, the reason is somehow similar to the discrepancy in the Dynasty Warriors series, but this time around it’s because the second game (Warriors Orochi 2) wasn’t called Musou Orochi 2 in Japan, but Musou Orochi Maou Sairin. When Japan continued with Musou Orochi 2, the western side of the company called it Warriors Orochi 3.

Notably, platforms for the game remain unknown.

Interestingly, the trailer showcases a Greek-like environment that almost resembles the twelve houses of the Sanctuary of Athena in Saint Seiya. We’ll probably learn the significance of this down the line.

In the meanwhile, you can check out the trailer below. You can also enjoy our review of the latest Warriors game, Dynasty Warriors 9.
