Warzone 2 DMZ's faction missions can be the simplest or the most tedious tasks to complete. On the one hand, you may need to accept a Hostage Rescue contract and successfully extract from the match. On the other hand, you may just be tasked with poisoning the water of a hydroelectric power plant. Here's how to complete the Poisoned Well faction mission.
Poisoned Well is the tier 4 story mission for the Legion Faction and must be completed if you are looking to unlock Legion's fifth tier. This mission tasks players with obtaining 6 Gas Grenades in one deployment and then throwing these Gas Grenades into 6 water wells at Zarqwa Hydroelectric. Doing so will reward you with the Blood Soaked operator skin for König, along with 30,000XP.
Completing The Poisoned Well Faction Mission
The first step to completing the Poisoned Well faction mission is to acquire 6 Gas Grenades (Tear Gas Grenades) within a single match of DMZ. Gas Grenades are pretty easy to find as they spawn in various locations. However, the most notable spawn locations for Gas Grenades are the walk-in stores at gas stations, ammo depots, and Supply Crates.
One method to quickly obtain Gas Grenades is to equip one in your tactical slot before heading into a match of DMZ, along with equipping a Munitions Box. Once in-game, stow your Gas Grenade and then use your Munitions Box. Resupplying your ammunition will grant you an additional two Gas Grenades. Stow these two additional grenades, and then repeat the process until you have 6 in total.
Once you have acquired 6 Gas Grenades, head over to Zarqwa Hydroelectric - which is a named location on your tac map. Once here, you will need to throw one Gas Grenade into 6 of the Zarqwa Hydroelectric water wells, although their locations may not be inherently obvious. To put it simply, all the bodies of water you are able to swim through inside the confines of this named location are classed as water wells. Once you have thrown a Gas Grenade into each water well, you will have completed the mission and earned your rewards. Now, you are free to play the rest of the match as you normally would or move on to the next mission available.
