Watch_Dogs Gameplay Footage from PS4 Version Shows Demon’s Souls-like Multiplayer Hacking

A few days ago I posted my hands-on preview of Watch_Dogs from Gamescom describing the seamless drop-in multiplayer hacking included in the game and strongly reminiscent of Demon’s Souls concepts.

Today you can actually see it in action thanks to YouTube’s user DuskBit, that posted a video from the same demo I played, showing how the player is first victim of a hacking attempt by a rival, and then tries to retaliate (but gets spotted himself and fails).

The demo was introduced as the “PS4 version”, and in fact it shows DualShock 4 buttons on the UI, but it’s worth mentioning that at least at Gamescom it ran on PCs of unknown specs with keyboards in plain sigh and DualShock 4 controllers attached, so It’s not known if they were actual development machines or not.
