According to Systems Manager Scott Bentley, who delves into more details about the origins of this PC build:

Most of our flagship systems are hefty beasts, swallowing up the space on your desk because they rarely fit under it — nor, really, would you want to hide such stunning bits of kit under a desk. So we started to look at alternatives to the standard super-tower or monster cube style systems. The best way to build a high performance, hero PC without taking up a load of space on the desk? Put it in the desk!

However, according to PC Gamer the specs themselves, although good, aren't the most impressive. While the processor is "cherry picked" according to the site, its overclocking to at least 4.6GHz is average for a 7900X. It also happens to be a previous generation part.

A customizable liquid cooling system loop keeps the CPU and both GPUs from overheating, which is given in great details. But the details on the storage arrangement are left unclear as there's no mention of the size of the secondary SSD.

Overall, it's a great aesthetic set-up for those who love a bit of flair in their PC build presentation. But past the initial price point, interested buyers may have to spend even more on upgrades to future the system further. Which is a service the actual site does offer.
