We already knew that Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is real, despite the fact that everyone initially believed it an April Fool (making it the coolest April Fool ever, I guess), but today it’s even more real, as it has a release date and a new trailer.

Blood Dragon will be a stand-alone downloadable game for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, and will hit your digital download marketplace of preference on May the 1st with its 1980’s sci-fi awesomeness.

But did I say trailer? Yes, I said trailer. You can enjoy it below, on the house. Oh yeah…You’ll still have a bow. I’m sold.

Hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
