Our WeebCast is a weekly podcast dedicated to all thing Japanese, and today you can listen to its seventh episode, focusing Akihabara, the wonderful place that will leave you spoiled for choice in games, anime, manga, figures, and all kinds of entertainment.

We talk about the main attractions, the awesome pre-owned and retro market, and plenty of little trivia to water your mouth before you managed to go yourself.

On top of that, we also chat on the latest Japanese game news, anime, and a few tidbits about Japanese geek culture in general. This week we talk plenty about Steam's partly-withdrawn (at least so far) crackdown on visual novels with adult content and Japanese aesthetics.

This podcast is the fruits of one of the pillars of DualShockers’ philosophy, as our site has always been built on the concept embracing our passions, which is why we have been striving to create a safe haven where gamers can be weeb around as much as they want, and be absolutely proud of it.

In case you missed it, you can also listen to the previous episode, focusing on the resurgence of Japanese games..

Please do keep in mind that this podcast is still in an experimental phase. Constructive criticism and suggestions are absolutely welcome and encouraged, so please leave them in the comments below. You can also let us know which themes you’d like to see covered in upcoming episodes.

Now, without further ado, you can listen to the DualShockers’ Weebcast below, either on YouTube or Soundcloud. You can also listen on iTunes if you so wish.
