Square Enix tweeted that they are collaborating with Titan Books on an in-universe look at Life is Strange called Life is Strange: Welcome to Blackwell Academy in the form of a student guide. It was written by Matt Forbeck.

In addition to the notes and sketches by Max and Chloe, it looks like other Blackwell students will be contributing their comments and pictures to the guide on Arcadia Bay as well, based on the book’s description on Amazon. It will include information on the staff and facilities of Blackwell Academy and the people and locations of Arcadia Bay.

Life is Strange: Welcome to Blackwell Academy will be available for North American audiences on October 9th and in the U.K. on October 30th. You can pre-order the book on Amazon. Fans of the series also have Life is Strange 2 to forward to on September 27th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, which you can also pre-order via Amazon. In addition, the first issue of the comic mini-series based on the events of the first game will be released in November.
