Get your hands on some interesting cosmetics with Halo Infinite Fractures!

It looks like Halo Infinite will be following suit as many other popular titles with the series’ latest effort to bring new content to players.

It’s a well-known fact that most players love cosmetics, it’s the reason why so many of us are on the edge of our seats when opening loot boxes in-game, will it be legendary or common?

I’m looking forward to seeing what’s to come for Halo Infinite as 343 Industries begin to experiment more with their cosmetics through Fractures, what are they? Find out below.

What Are Halo Infinite Fractures?

Halo’s latest endeavour, Fracture events, gives 343 the ability to experiment more with the content they produce, taking a step away from the Halo universe as we know it.

These events will allow players to experience new and refreshing modes, cosmetics and more. We’ll hopefully see inspiration drawn from a range of cultures, stories, cross-overs, the mind boggles at the possibilities.

According to the studio, these events will allow the opportunity to explain the reason for unique content making its way into the game, explaining it as the Halo universe cracking or even fracturing, get it?

Fracture events will be live for a limited amount of time rewarding players with cosmetics, so be sure to keep an eye out for them, especially if the unique armour set has caught your eye.

We don’t currently know how regularly Fractures will activate nor how long they will be active for but as we find out we’ll be sure to update you!

How To Get The Samurai Armor Fracture

Side note, players will be able to get their hands on the first Fracture cosmetic. Simply take part once in Fracture: Tenrai to be rewarded with the Samurai armor set.

That’s about all we know about Fracture events so far, what do you hope to see in the future, maybe a cross-over with another game? Let us know in the comments!

Gemma Le Conte

Gemma (She/Her) has been gaming since she was able to hold a controller and button smash, now she does a little less smashing, more thinking in games like Apex Legends, Dead by Daylight, New World and more. When she isn't gaming she can be found cocooned in blankets whilst bingewatching anime, she's likely watching shoujo and on the edge of tears.
