What E3 is REALLY All about

When people hear E3 they immediately think it’s all about playing the latest and greatest as well as seeing the upcoming games and ideas. And while those who think that are right, at the same time they are completely wrong. Ask anyone that covered the event and they’ll be the first to tell you that it’s nothing but hard work, deadlines, and appointments. Sure there’s the occasional party and/or open bar, but for the most part it’s early mornings and late nights of non stop work. However anything I just listed isn’t what it’s really about. Hit the jump to find out the truth behind gaming’s biggest event.

E3 is really all about NETWORKING!

It’s about coming together with familiar faces as well as familiarizing yourself with the faces you don’t know. We here at Dualshockers pride ourselves in “whoring ourselves out” while attending any event and E3 is no different. Combined I think we went through about 1000 business cards in only 4 days time. Just take a look at the stack below and remember if you’re coming to E3 next year, make sure to bring cards!

Oh god, I'm dreading writing all of these follow-up emails.
