What Is Combat Pacing In Call of Duty: Vanguard?

Combat Pacing is a brand new feature available in Call of Duty: Vanguard. Players will now notice an option in the Quick Play filter settings when in Multiplayer.

There are 3 different Combat Pacing modes for players to select:

  • Tactical Combat - Intimate and intense combat experience
  • Assault - A more balanced fight
  • Blitz - High action and chaotic combat

Players can select which combat pacing they'd like and the setting will then match you into games based on your selection. Each option is for different map sizes and player counts, so Blitz will place you into large scale maps with a high player count, whilst Tactical Combat is aimed at the standard 6v6 maps.

Selecting 'All' will switch between each option as you play.
