Epic Games and FFearFFul are partnering to celebrate Ramadan with Fortnite Lantern Festival from April 13.

Fortnite crossovers, special events, and festivals are famous all over the world among gamers. Epic Games tries to create at least one event for every popular culture in Fortnite, and players love it. The next festival in Fortnite will be exclusive to Middle-Easterns.

What is the Fortnite Lantern Festival?

For all the Muslims in the Middle East, tomorrow is a big day and the beginning of a great festival in the Islamic culture. In most Islamic countries, April 13 marks the beginning of Ramadan. Along with Muslims, Epic Games also respects this Islamic culture and celebrates it in the Middle-East region with a new event called Fortnite Lantern Festival.

The event is supposed to feature fun activities including lanterns, community challenges, heroism, a special wardrobe package, and some other in-game rewards. However, there are also some real-world prizes for the winners of the festival.

What Are the Real-World Prizes of the Festival?

In a partnership with FFearFFul, one of the well-known Middle-Eastern content creators, Epic Games has considered some special rewards for the top players of the Fortnite Lantern Festival in a set of exclusive challenges.

The winner of the FFearFFul's challenges will earn $2500, along with a real-world SC3PT3R pickaxe, and a lantern spray. The runner-up will earn $1500 and a lantern spray. Finally, the third-place owner will get $1000 and the lantern spray.

Aside from the aforementioned challenges, there will also be some weekly puzzles to solve until the end of Ramadan (May 12, 2021) that will grant a lantern spray to whoever solves it first.

Make sure to visit the Epic Games' official page if you are in the Middle East and would like to take part in the festival. If you can't read Arabic, make sure to translate the page with google translator to English or your native language.

Fortnite is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Nintendo Switch, Android, and PC.
