Fortnite players have been left rather puzzled after some server issues interrupted Winterfest 2021 yesterday, and now it appears that although all presents have been opened, there appears to be one last present token to use.
There's still another week left to go until the end of Fortnite's winter-themed event, but all 14 presents included in the event can now be opened by players. So why is there still one last present token available? Here's what we know.

How To Open Presents For Fortnite Winterfest
The Fortnite Winterfest event includes 14 free presents for players to open, ranging from skins to loading screens and every other cosmetic item in between.
If you haven't opened any of your presents in Fortnite yet, you need to navigate to the Winterfest tab in the lobby menu and select 'Enter Lodge', you will then have the option to select a present and open it to claim a free reward.
What Is The Last Fortnite Winterfest 2021 Present?
As mentioned previously, players had a total of 14 presents to open during the Fortnite Winterfest Event, but after the server issues on December 29th, players are now finding that they have one last token to use.
It's currently unclear whether or not Epic Games will be giving away one last present due to the server issues, or if this is simply a glitch. The Fortnite Status Twitter account did tweet that they will "have more details next week on what we're doing to help you make up for lost time", which indicates players will be receiving some sort of free reward.
A follow-up Tweet then states that Epic Games are looking into why players are finding one extra present left to open, which gives the impression this is simply a visual glitch.
So, unfortunately, there's no way to know at the moment whether or not Fortnite players will be receiving one last present for Winterfest 2021, but we will be sure to keep you updated should any new details emerge.

When Does Winterfest 2021 End?
The Fortnite Winterfest 2021 Event kicked off on Thursday, December 16th and will last for 3 weeks before coming to an end on Thursday, January 6th, 2022.
