It's that time of the month again where the servers are officially wiped for the Console Edition of Rust, but what will the October wipe entail and what is the exact time of the wipe?

The monthly wipe can often be confusing, as not every month is the same. Thankfully, the developers have revealed what fans can expect from the October Rust: Console Edition server wipe. So, here's everything you need to know, including the exact time that the wipe will take place.

What Is The Rust: Console Edition Server Wipe?

For those new to Rust, the monthly server wipe might come as a bit of a shock.

On the final Thursday of every month, the Rust: Console Edition servers are completely reset, this is called the monthly 'wipe'. When this wipe takes place, players will find that all of their progress, existing buildings, and more have been completely reset.

It's important to note that there are different versions of the wipe, sometimes the developers will also reset your blueprints too. However, as stated in the tweet below, this month's server wipe will NOT be wiping blueprints too.

What Time Is The Rust Server Wipe For October 2021?

As mentioned previously, the monthly server wipe takes place on the final Thursday of each month. So, as announced by the official Rust: Console Edition Twitter account, the next server wipe will take place on Thursday, October 28th, 2021.

But what about the time? Well, the same as every other month, the October wipe will take place at 11AM PST / 2PM EST / 7PM BST.
