Nickelodeon's Star Trek: Prodigy is getting close to its official release, and here's everything you need to know about the show's release schedule.

Created by Kevin and Dan Hageman, Star Trek Prodigy is an upcoming American animated series. As suggested by the title, the show is set in the massive Star Trek universe and will feature six alien teenagers. The group steals an abandoned starship to embark on an unknown adventure and heads towards the Alpha Quadrant. Also, the story of Prodigy is set after the events of Star Trek: Voyager.

The studio announced the series back in January 2019 with Ben Hibon in the director's seat. Now, after waiting for more than two years, we are finally close to getting Season 1 of the computer-animated Star Trek show.
