Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 Release Date & Start Time

Following the epic live event that took place on Saturday, the servers entered an extended period of maintenance. Fortnite fans can expect the new update for Chapter 3 Season 3 to go live on Sunday, June 5th, 2022.

Although we're still awaiting confirmation from the official Fortnite Status Twitter account, the launch of previous seasons has seen downtime last around 12 hours. According to iFireMonkey, a notorious leaker in the community, in-game files suggest Fortnite will be down until 3AM PT / 6AM ET / 11AM BST on Sunday, June 5th.

Players will be required to download a brand new patch update before they can jump into the latest season of Fortnite, with the new update including a fresh Battle Pass, new features, and plenty of new content for players to enjoy.
