Marvelous Merchandise is a recurring event in Genshin Impact, and developer miHoYo is bringing it back again in Version 2.3, here's where and when you can find Liben the merchant to exchange items for Primogems.
Marvelous Merchandise is one of the simplest Events in Genshin Impact and one that has the most reruns. After finding and speaking with Liben, players will be able to exchange items for Primogems, Mora, Hero's Wit, and Mystic Enhancement Ore.
Liben always asks for completely mundane items you should already have in your inventory. Unless you've just started playing Genshin Impact. So overall, Marvelous Merchandise is a very easy, very "free" Event. It's also the final Event in an update whenever it reruns.

Where to find Liben in Genshin Impact?
In Genshin Impact version 2.3, Liben will be found in Mondstadt starting December 27, at 10:00 AM server time. Liben is always located at the right of the entrance of the city.

Marvelous Merchandise rewards boxes and how to exchange
In past reruns, seven Box o' Marvels contained the rewards. Each box contained 40 Primogems and various rewards. And you'd get 100 additional Primogems after opening five boxes.

- Hydro Box o’ Marvels – 20,000 Mora, 4 Hero’s Wit
- Anemo Box o’ Marvels – 20,000 Mora, 8 Mystic Enhancement Ore
Lastly, you can exchange items with Liben once per day. Don't miss these opportunities as they don't stack. Rewards disappear forever after the daily reset. Rewards don't stack for the final day.
