Entering the Academy of Raya Lucaria in Lirunia of the Lakes in Elden Ring requires a special key, and the game itself simply shows you where you can find the key using the Meeting Place map!
Where to Find the Meeting Place Map in Elden Ring
If you get past the guards in the Academy of Raya Lucaria's southern gate, you will reach a bigger gate that is covered in blue fog, representing a magical sign. Just in front of the gate, there is a corpse who holds the Meeting Place map.

Where Does the Map Points to?
Now that you have the map, you can find the key to this sealed gate. The location on the Meeting Place has been highlighted down below on the image, but if you want to solve the puzzle on your own, skip it and go explore the Liurnia of the Lakes yourself to get the Glintstone Key!
Keep in mind that the Glintstone Key is guarded by a dragon, but you don't need to kill it. You can just sneak past it, grab the key from an abandoned corpse, and run away.
