Where To Find The Abandoned Cave In Elden Ring
According to the Elden Ring Wiki page, players can find the Abandoned Cave east of the Smoldering Wall in Caelid. In order to access the cave players will need to either jump over the canyon or use the tree branches to scale down inside of the cave.

What's Inside The Abandoned Cave In Elden Ring
So, you've made your journey successfully into the Abandoned Cave, but what exactly is found inside? Players will find the following materials, equipment, and enemies inside of the Abandoned Cave:
Upgrade Materials
- Aeonian Butterfly
- Toxic Mushroom
Equipment, Magic, and Consumables
- Gold Scarab Talisman dropped by boss.
- Fire Grease
- Venomous Fang
Enemy Types & Bosses
- Rats
- Poison Spellcaster
- Cleanrot Knight (Sickle) and Cleanrot Knight (Spear). (drops 7000 Runes on defeat)
For players to get their hands on the Gold Scarab Talisman, they will need to defeat the two bosses found inside the Abandoned Cave, the Cleanrot Knight (Sickle) and Cleanrot Knight (Spear). Once defeated players will received the Gold Scarab.
